I used this for over a year and enjoyed it. I feel the stiffness/soreness happens to me every time I start a new workout, but you get used to it eventually. There's a few workouts that it loses track of me and I get frustrated, but I really enjoyed the "Hit the Mitt" drills. It's fun to throw the strikes and duck when the coach calls for it.
As much as I was losing weight playing the game, I was unsuccessful at sticking to my diet and only made about a 10 lb weight loss. I still play it on occasion, but Your Shape 2012 is my current Kinect game.
