I am just coming off of being sick for a couple of months and fatigue is still an issue. Games that I can for sure play are:
Wreckateer: You can get a free demo at the link below marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Wreckat
It is very slow paced. You won't break a sweat and remember when you do the flying stuff just lower your arms up & down. You don't need to move your entire torso. Oh, and bonus...it is really fun once you get past the demo and into the game. It reminds me of Angry Birds a little.
Deepak Chopra’s Leela: Link to the demo belowmarketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Leela-D
This is a meditation/slow movement type of game. I will say if you do the breathing exercises correctly it will work your abs! It requires a lot of focus to do this but it is not physically demanding but can become sort of boring if your not into the whole "zen" thing.
Haunt:Link to the game and free demo marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/Product/Haunt/6
This is an adventure game. You walk around a slay ghosts (kid game not scary). Very slow paced but actually kind of fun too. Try the demo but it is one of the less physically demanding games. It has a few dodges and hops in it but not too much.
I totally get where you are at! I am right there with ya. I am currently working with my doctor to break out of this chronic fatigue thing I have going on. I hope this helps and hope you feel better!
