A Kinect Tai Chi would be awesome. In some of the early promos for Your Shape 2012 they were planing to have a Tai Chi part but instead went for a mixed routine. I would love to have something that went correctly through all of the forms! Bizarre that no one has done it yet.

I'm used to everyone in fitness videos being young, gorgeous, and already in great shape, but this just looks a little too high-impact for me. By "hard on my knees" I meant it looked like there was a lot of jumping and landing. I can do some of that but wouldn't want to overdo it.

"Tenacity is the quality displayed by someone who just won't quit -- who keeps trying until they reach their goal. Anything really worth doing takes persistence, perseverance, and stubborn determination! I AM a Tenacious Jungle Tiger and these are my survival skills!!"
Just watched the trailer from E3 about this new fitness game. I'm sure there's a big variety of exercises, but most of the ones shown looked very hard on the knees. I'm over 50 and want to have strong knees but don't want to injure them either. I wonder if this game will let you set up a more structured workout routine? I like Your Shape: Fitness Evolved 2012 but still find it lacking.
Still waiting for an all-Tai Chi Kinect title! :-(
