I love YourShape. I got it for Christmas and have been doing several times a week. There are some very challenging workouts but what i love the most is the fact that you can get a quick workout in about 15 minutes! It is perfect for when you do not have a lot of time in the morning like i do.

If we all did the things we are capable of doing we would literally astound ourselves.

So I finally downloaded both demos and I really enjoyed Your Shape better than Biggest Loser. My reasons are because the Biggest Loser was so hard to the point I could not complete the exercises and Your Shape was a bit tough like on the jump rope part but I completed it and it was fun with better graphics.

To create an account you can do it on the xbox or go to xboxlive.com. To find the demo's you go the game tab at the top, then game marketplace, then kinect games, then demos. Its easy to either search by pressing Y or browse through them.

You need to create an xbox live account first - I think you can do this from the xbox. You only need the silver - that is free.

When you have the account created - you can go through the games menus and look for demos.

Not all the Kinect Demos are easy to find unfortunately. Sorry I can't be more specific - it's sort of a while since I created the account.

Does anyone else have any more detailed help?

MFLEETING how do I download demos? I have to get familiar with xbox live and downloads. I've had my xbox since 2006, but never had xbox live lol

just started really using the biggest loser and I'm loving it compared to the shape up one. especially since I can use resistance bands, stability ball, and hand weights, all of the equipment I'm using for my boot camp. Its a great work out.

Having just finished another session of Your Shape - I can say that I'm really now getting the hang of it...

Some of the exercises are hard and it does take a bit to get used to them. For me - I'm sticking with it but one of the main reasons is that I can't get Biggest Loser over here.

From the comments I've seen so far I would say the Biggest Loser is probably your best bet to begin with as it's adaptive and appears to be very encouraging:) Something that many of us need:)

I found Your Shape to be quite difficult and at times some of the exercises cause me knee pain. The Biggest Loser Ultimate Workout is challenging (you can choose your level) and the interactive coach is what I needed.
