I just got this game and with football and baseball I find it to be a great workout cause of all the running. What I also have been doing on baseball is whenever i get a double or home run i still run with it even though I don't have to and it wont show up on the calorie listing. Plus not only is getting me to run (even just in place) but it gives me something to play with the kids. Havent tried the other games on it yet but so far I think its much better than the first one for exercise at least!
I just bought this yesturday and couldn't wait for Christmas the boys wanted to play so I let them and they had a blast with the football and tennis...Anyone pick this up yet most site including bestbuy have it for 24.99 this week so check it out

You can't go wrong with either Kinect Sports or Dance Central. Arguably the two best games on the Kinect. I was a little bummed out that there are only 5 mini games in the second Kinect Sports, but I'm sure they will add more through free and paid downloadable content. Besides the addition of calorie tracking, my other favorite new feature of Kinect Sports Season 2 is the ability to send your friends challenges. So...if you have this game and are on the buddy list, let me know and I'll send you a challenge.
Moto_Grrl, I sent you a home run challenge...good luck!
OK I tried the demo...golf and tennis. Took a bit of getting used to the tennis, but after a few games, I can see where it could be fun and burn a few calories. Golf was fun too, probably not much of a calorie burner, but it was fun. Had to repeat myself a lot with the voice commands, but that's a nice addition. All in all I think I will reward myself for getting off to such a good start on SP by buying it!
