It's Tip Top Tuesday, so do something special for your top half!
Sometime today, while your sitting at your desk, or in the bathroom (I did mine this morning on the "loo") or anytime you have a chance do something for your top half.
Bicep curls! - do at least 20
I did 20 bicep curls while sitting, and even without weights it felt good to do them. It made that time seem productive.
Front-arm raises! - do at least 20
Did mine while watching tv with the kids this morning before school.
Just something extra, some encouragement to do more, or to break the routine, or to even relax and make you feel a little better at work.
