Yay! Thanks for joining us on this challenge! We are going to a basic challenge, trying to keep everyone motivated throughout the month. There will be an exercise and nutrition challenge each week, plus a bonus which will be posted every Tuesday. You initial weighin is due by this coming Wednesday, and each Wednesday during the challenge.
