Week 1 weighin (Aug 10th):154lbs :( but it is OK!! Week 2 weighin (Aug 17th):155lbs ugh!! Week 3 weighin (Aug 24th):155lbs I guess this means I am NOT going to meet my goal :( Week 4 weighin (Aug 31st): I forgot to weigh in!! :(

Yay! Thanks for joining us on this challenge! We are going to a basic challenge, trying to keep everyone motivated throughout the month. There will be an exercise and nutrition challenge each week, plus a bonus which will be posted every Tuesday. You initial weighin is due by this coming Wednesday, and each Wednesday during the challenge.
Please note: I originally posted that this would be a 5 week challenge, silly me, it will only by a 4 week challenge....we can always start another one in September!
