Eating raw for me is a no-brainer! My body is so sensitive and always has been to eating dead phood! It doesn't like it!

Thank goodness Dr. Douglas Graham is one of the many joining the chorus to help us eat healthy and raw. Chapter 3 is again filled with good solid nutritional facts instead of fiction.

This chapter explains why raw foods make a lot of common sense. It talks about why they are optimum and destroys the Lycopene Myth.

The benefits of eating raw is so valuable. I mean, I know we all know these benefits and really feel happy to eat raw, but it's nice to have Doug's thoughts on the matter.

This is the chapter that addresses making the transition to eating raw.
