To me Chapter 2 was an amazing summation on the FACTS of fruit, instead of the myths and fears. It is easy to be afraid of something and go off ranting about it when you do not know the truth. We all know people like this, don't we?! LOL Some are even leading teams here on Spark.
I myself have received all these comments from uneducation low-carbers. Of course then they also see my improved heatlh and incredible fitness abilities that have drastically improved.
Let people scoff all they want. I am taking a ride on the fruit cart of health!
