Well the challenge is over, I did ok but not as well as I would have liked. I gave into the pressure of friends and family. BUT I am now reaching for the blender every morning and craving fresh veg if I do not have it. I have also learned a lot more on how to organize myself for a raw lifestyle. I will start again in January when there are not as may temptations around.
How's it going with the December Challenge? This is day 8 in a row for me. I find that it is important with raw to eat enough. My tv watching chair is surrounded by bags of tangerines and grapefruits and there's a bowl of medjool dates on the coffee table! Makes it easier for sure.
Where ever you're at, just eat some raw and then some more, and pretty soon the transition will be under way.
Right now, I'm enjoying a fruit smoothie. I love it - oh and by the way, in these 8 days I've seen my shape change more than it has this whole time on sp. I don't know why I resisted for so long . . . .

I'm so happy you're having weight loss - and that you're feeling good. This is day 2 all raw this time for me. I'm feeling so good already and so is my husband. I don't know how I forget that!!!!! I'm scared to weigh myself. I have a tendency to freak out if there isn't any movement.
I have done three in a row but that is as far as I have gotten. I find myself going for the high fat stuff, I blame the cold wet weather. but even so I have lost a pound a week and I have not been exercising!
