My June goals:
1) Relax and enjoy myself. There is no point getting worked up or trying to be perfect. I am juggling lots of stuff and it's not all going to get done. I would like to just stop and laugh and feel compassion for myself as I make my way through life as a working, gardening mom transitioning to a healthy lifestyle without binge-ing.
2) Eat more calories from good quality fruit... which will result in less calories from other junk.
3) Continue consistent aerobic exercise and try to work in a bit more strength training. I would like to walk/jog at least 10 miles per week and do at least 2 strength training sessions per week.
