I have a weekly "gym date" with 2 of my girl friends on Fridays. I'm starting another one with another friend for Mondays (next week will be the first). Other than that, nothing is really planned, although I find it refreshing to do a set of pilates (from any youtube pilates video I can find) as a study-break.

Yesterday, I played Ultimate Frisbee, outside, for 2 hours, at -1C! That was.... interesting :-)

emoticon What about walking around campus? Have you tried wearing a pedometer and aiming for 10,000 steps?

Only my walk to school and back today. 50 minutes.

Wednesday: No intentional exercise :(, but I walked around outside on the campus for about 30 minutes.

Today: 60 minutes aerobics
