Gonna have to change at least every other day, my classes are different Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays then on Tuesday and Thursdays.

I work out in the mornings from working out on the elliptical to swimming to walking to campus. I consider it my ME time since I don't have class until 11 am. I hope to keep this up!

What are your plans?

This month (being that it is already half way through) is a fitness challenge. I challenge each of you to schedule in at least one fitness time per day. Make it a priority just like you would one of your classes. Share here what your plan is and at the end of the month we will see how everyone did!
