Since I completed the Stress Busting Challenge, I tried different things and made some changes. I am better at managing my stress but I know I can still improve!
- I am aware that eating does not help me cope with stress! Sweets... carbs... you know!
- Going for a walk (or run) helps me clear my mind
- I need my sleep
I am working on the positive self talk! I am really trying... This is my worse ennemy - I am my worse ennemy!
