Well, I haven't been posting each week but I've been following the program. I took my books out of the bedroom. I don't read in bed anymore. I set up a clock radio so that I can turn on a soft light and listen to the news for a gradual wake up. I used a sleep pillow which helps me get the support I need to sleep through the night. I have a cup of International Coffee decafe Suisee Mocha before bed and no caffeine other than at breakfast. And I don't eat anything three hours before bed.
It's made a difference. yay!
