I have completed the Spring Into Shape challenge! The scale hasn't budged, but myself and others have started to notice changes and my efforts are paying off so I guess it isn't all that bad!

Day 22 = Sunday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Brisk Mile (15 min) + Denise Austin's Personal Training System (30 min)

Day 23 = Monday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile Express (15 min) + Class FitSugar's Upper Body Circuit (10 min)

Day 24 = Tuesday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Fast Mile (15 min) + ExerciseTV's Bridal AbSession (8 min)

Day 25 = Wednesday: Leslie Sansone's Brisk 1 Mile (15 min) + Class FitSugar's Arm Circuit (10 min)

Day 25 = Thursday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile Express (15 min) + Tracey Mallet Abs (11 min)

Day 27 = Friday: Rest Day

Day 28 = Saturday: House Work

Week 3 is completed. I didn't stick too much to my workout plan, but I feel that I worked hard and made some progress in many parts of my life this week.

Day 15 = Sunday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Fast Mile (15 min) + BeFit's 30 Day Butt Lift Workout #3 (10 min)

Day 16 = Monday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile Express (15 min) + Denise Austin's Personal Trainer Abs (10 min)

Day 17 = Tuesday: Rest Day

Day 18 = Wednesday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Brisk Mile (15 min) + Tracey Mallett's Booty Barre Arms (10 min)

Day 19 = Thursday: Rest Day

Day 20 = Friday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile Interval (15 min) + Denise Austin's Body Makeover Mix (45 min)

Day 21 = Saturday: House Work - cleaning house, catching up on laundry, cleaning out closets

Week 2 is complete and I am ready for Week 3. I have decided not to do a weigh-in until after the challenge is complete. I am starting to notice some small changes in my body, but definitely not in the places that I want to see. I guess I just have to keep at it.

DAY 8 = Sunday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Brisk Mile (15 minutes) + FitSugar's Upper Body Workout (9 minutes)

DAY 9 = Monday: Rest Day

DAY 10 = Tuesday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile of Intervals (15 minutes) + Denise Austin's Upper Body Makeover (15 minutes)

DAY 11 = Wednesday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Fast Mile (15 minutes) + Denise Austin's Lower Body Makeover (15 minutes)

DAY 12 = Thursday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile Express (15 minutes) + Denise Austin's Ab Makeover (15 minutes)

DAY 13 = Friday: Leslie Sansone's Brisk 1 Mile (15 minutes) + XHIT's Arm Circuit (12 minutes)

DAY 14 = Saturday: "Rest Day" Spend the day cleaning out the garage and laying grass seed in the yard.

I just completed Week 1 of the Spring Into Shape Challenge! I think it is a great second step after completing this challenge. I used my own videos instead of the ones suggested for the challenge but kept with the general outline of the plan.

DAY 1 = Sunday: Leslie Sansone's Fast 1 Mile (12 minutes) & Tracey Mallet's Booty Barre Upper Body Sculpt (10 minutes)

DAY 2 = Monday: Leslie Sansone's Brisk 1 Mile (14 minutes) & BeFit's 30 Day Butt Lift #1

DAY 3 = Tuesday: Leslie Sansone's Express 1 Mile (15 minutes) & Class FitSugar's Pilates Abs (9 minutes)

DAY 4 = Wednesday: REST DAY

DAY 5 = Thursday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Mile Intervals (15 minutes) & Class FitSugar's Upper Body Circuit (9 minutes)

DAY 6 = Friday: Leslie Sansone's 1 Fast Mile (12 minutes) + BeFit's 30 Day Butt Lift #2 (9 minutes) + Class FitSugar's Arm Circuit (9 minutes)
