After completing this challenge I unexpectedly took a week off from working out to tend to my husband, who was hospitalized for a diabetic foot ulcer. He has been home for a week now and is on the mend. Next week I am beginning the Spring Into Shape Bootcamp Challenge and hope to continue building my strength and endurance and maybe get myself feeling a little bit better about swimsuit season!
