Happy New Year, HALFMOON. It is a very good goal to achieve more in 2013 than you ended with in 2012. Just as a reminder though, You don't want to over do-it in the beginning. You should pace yourself according to what you can do. This will eliminate the possibility of your over-exerting yourself and getting tired of exercising.

In your 2013 resolution, have you given any thought to doing Pilates? It would be a pleasure for you to visit us at Pilates Lovers.

I'm really excited! I ordered myself a heart rate monitor last week. I got an amazing deal on it. It will be nice to see what my actual calorie burn is when exercising. I'm also upgrading my stationary bike to a spin bike soon. 2013 is going to start of much better than 2012 ended.

Lets do this!
