Happy New Year, HALFMOON. It is a very good goal to achieve more in 2013 than you ended with in 2012. Just as a reminder though, You don't want to over do-it in the beginning. You should pace yourself according to what you can do. This will eliminate the possibility of your over-exerting yourself and getting tired of exercising.
