My pedometer is on the blink. Works well 1 day and the next, not so well. I like to see how many steps I take so that I can try to do better. Now I'm just guessing. Walked for 55min this morning and it said 790steps. Aaaaggggh!

This challenge taught me to look for ways to sneak in fitness. I had fun incorporating more movement into my day-to-day tasks (like doing salsa steps while washing dishes, lunges while drying them, and marching to put them away). My kids have joined in on the fun, too!
