I'm the work out queen at my desk job! My co-workers pass by my desk and LOL! I work off site in a customer service position so I don't see the customer neither do they see me---hope that's the case for you as well. I have a box underneath my desk which includes: a 9lb medicine ball, 3 sets of dumbbells 5, 10 and 15lbs, 5lb ankle weights and a 5lb band. I do Russian twists or seated twists with the medicine ball, leg lifts with the ankle weights, bicep and tricep curls with the dumbbells, back extensions with the band and squats holding onto the partition.
