Sorry I've been so busy and haven't been able to post daily. Its Day 28 and I'm still going strong. I'm still following BeFit in 90 along with my own high impact aerobic intervals routine for cardio.

Day 19: 40 minutes water jogging in the hotel pool.
Day 20: 10 minutes up and down the hotel stairs.

Citydweller, thanks for the encouragement. You're right, the whole purpose of getting in shape is to take better care of my body. That means giving it time to heal as well.

I am sorry to report that I broke my streak on Sunday. The knee pain was progressively getting worse, plus I came down with a stomach bug, so I decided to take the day off. I really hated taking the day off, but I had to do what was best for my body. I didn't let it stop me though, I got right back in the saddle on Monday and did a Walk Away the Pounds DVD and the Sparkpeople beginner stability ball ab workout for a total of 60 minutes. I did not do the BeFit in 90 because it has a lot of squatting/lunges, and I am really trying to take it easy on my knee right now until it gets better.
Today is Day 2 of my current streak, and I did some walking/jogging in the yard with the kids for a total of 15 minutes.

Day 33: Somehow I have hurt my knee. I think it may be from the high impact movements in the 30 DS. I tried to do a Walk Away the Pounds video, but the knee was hurting too badly. I just hated the thought of ruining my streak, so I did the seated cardio routine with Coach Nicole here on SP for a total of 11 minutes. No Strength training today. I'll just make up the missed BeFit in 90 segment on one of the scheduled rest days.

I'm sorry. 30DS is Jillian Michaels' 30 Day Shred DVD and the BeFit in 90 is a free youtube series that is comparable to P90x type programs. The ST is because I do their Strength Training only and do my own cardio.
