Good for you - and I agree. It has done the same for me - I am on a 5 week streak with only 2 days out of that time that I didn't do some sort of exercise for more than 10 minutes!

That is the perfect way of thinking! Sneak in that 10 minutes when you can, little things add up! emoticon emoticon

There is a song on a show that my Grand Kids watch and I think it applies : "Keep trying, keep trying, don't give up, never give up" I intend to keep trying and I will never give up till I reach my goal!

Nothing happens overnight. Remember one pound lost is one pound closer to your goal.

Get up every morning, take a deep breath & make it the best day that you possibly can.

This group has changed my way of thinking. I used to think if I couldn't get 60 minutes or 30 minutes in (which is rather difficult with a 14 month old!), then there was no point. Now I see that even just 10 minutes is good. I'm going to continue working up to 30 minutes a day, but understanding that it may not be 30 minutes all together, but 3 10 minute workouts.
