'Today's Top Stories' were jammed pack with inspiration and ideas for me. Some days they are really right on target. I loved 'Think Two Steps Ahead' as well as '1 Step Back, 2 Steps Forward.' It was all about rededication, refocusing and recommitment. It's exactly what I need, and quite often.

This time of year I am thinking about rededication and refocusing, as well as recommitment. It's time for me to review my goals. As I change (body/mind/overall), my goals need to be reviewed and reorganized.

Consistency is definitely key. I find it so much more manageable to get in small amounts of workout time. Being faced with 45 - 60 mins of exercise at a given time is difficult for me to face. This way I can do it 'off and on' or build up to a biggie. The ball's in my court. I love it. Focus, for me, is also important.

Yes This challenge really got me on track to being consistent every day. I don't think I'll stop this 10 minutes a day streak. Actually I aim for 30 minutes of physical activity every day.

I have continued to do a minimum of 30 minutes daily for at least 3 days a week and minimum 10-15 minutes for each of the other days for the past 2 months! I started working in the beginning of November and until I get some sort of tablet device I'm afraid it'll be tough for me to keep up on the Spark People forums. I wanted to peek in though and encourage you all to continue to pursue your goals and you will be victorious!
