emoticon Way to go! This challenge took me an extra week to complete, but it was SO worth it. I, too, now exercise on a daily basis, even if it's just 10 minutes on my lunch hour. And I love the results. emoticon

I'm glad to see the success of others. Thanks for the encouragement that this 10-minute daily exercise challenge has given me. I have been in and out of Spark People for awhile now, but this challenge has done the most for me to exercise every day. My average has been six days a week. This is a first for me. I am now ready to continue this daily exercise and begin to incorporate better eating habits and walking into my program.

I HAD BEEN EXERCISING CONSISTENTLY FOR ALMOST 3 MONTHS, THEN HAD A CAR WRECK. DIDN'T GET HURT, JUST BRUISED AND BANGED UP. BUT IT PUT MY EXERCISING ON HOLD FOR OVER 2 WEEKS. COULDN'T GET BACK INTO EXERCISING, SO DECIDED TO TRY THE 10 MINUTES A DAY. SO HERE I GO AGAIN. TODAY WENT GREAT, AND AM REALIZING HOW MUCH I MISSED IT.

EVERY DAY IS WHAT YOU MAKE IT. TODAY'S CHOICES FOLLOW YOU THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.

I just completed the 4-week challenge. When I joined, I simply needed something to make me get in the habit of exercising. I figured 10 minutes a day is easy. But I didn't want to do just 10 minutes, so I did at least 30 minutes 6 days a week for the whole challenge. I now look forward to exercising and even did it when I wasn't feeling well! So thanks for challenging me!
