Today I was not feeling good but when I felt okay then I did my exercise for today. I'm still pushing. emoticon emoticon

I got want to do it and do this for me. My mind is in battle and my body is at war. I'm in battle with myself and if I can over come myself than I can over come it all and do it one day at a time, let it go and get one step closer to my goal.

Thanks for all the encouragement! I walked 2 miles today - major accomplishment for me! I hope to be able to walk in the Oklahoma City Memorial 5K in April.

emoticon to the team. I do wish that exercise would come easily. These 10 minutes a day do help at times. emoticon emoticon

Exercise does not come naturally to me, but I'm determined to make it a part of my life. I have exercised everyday for the last 6 weeks, at least 10 minutes. The other day, I just didn't feel like it - my back hurt, I had a crick in my neck, I was tired, blah, blah, blah. BUT I said to myself - do just 10 minutes, you can make that. I got on my treadmill and the next thing I knew, I'd been on there for 30 minutes! I'm 50 years old and I've never been able to make working out a real priority in my life, but this time, this time - I think I can!
