Exercise does not come naturally to me, but I'm determined to make it a part of my life. I have exercised everyday for the last 6 weeks, at least 10 minutes. The other day, I just didn't feel like it - my back hurt, I had a crick in my neck, I was tired, blah, blah, blah. BUT I said to myself - do just 10 minutes, you can make that. I got on my treadmill and the next thing I knew, I'd been on there for 30 minutes! I'm 50 years old and I've never been able to make working out a real priority in my life, but this time, this time - I think I can!
