That's a very positive attitude. That's what I'm doing too. I'm up to 8 miles on the bike a day. I use to bike 20+. I will get there again. I just add an extra mile on each week.

I agree! Being active daily is so important. I used to be "all or nothing" in my approach to exercise...it had to be a long, strenuous work out or I felt like it didn't count...but once I missed a day or two I felt like I had failed...Now I am active everyday, doing a variety of activities, and I am loving it! My current favourite is Jillian Michaels "ripped in 30". Only 20 minutes, but very effective.

Well it's time to move into week 5. I sometimes find that I get in 30 minutes or more and there are days that only 10 minutes fit. But regardless how it gets done the point is to get it done. So I'm happy with myself. Time to move ahead and see if I can add more time in.

Move forward and remember small successes are mild-stones to a bigger picture
