So I am so thrilled because I FINALLY completed my first challenge. I have had the misfortune of never being able to stick with a challenge that is provided on this site. But today I can say I did it.
So what did I do? I went to the gym 3 times a week, I ran on the weekends and I started walking EVERYWHERE! Even though it was cold, I would rather walk a little further and keep warm then wait for the bus while freezing.
I do not know if I can keep up with 30 minutes a day, but I am going to committ with working out 5 days a week.. 3 days in the gym M, W, F and 2 days of running on Saturday and Sunday.
