OK - so, I didn't do so good with the treadmill - BUT - I did get in some form of extra activity 3 days out of 7. BIG BIG BIG accomplishment for me. Definately would not have done that if not for this challenge and the February Challenge. I will keep at it - I know I will be in a better place by the end of the month.

My goal is to use my treadmill at least 4 times this week for a minimum of 20 minutes per session. I've dusted it off so I am ready to go!!

Feb 2: DAY ONE!! Done. It was only 20 minutes but it wiped me out. Sad sad thing!! Tomorrow I will try it again.

Not a good week for me challenge wise, I managed to get in 2 hours of cleaning one afternoon, but think I ended with a bigger mess then when I started! Oh well. Will just have to keep plugging away at it.

This week is going to be 3 days of strength training! Could be very challenging but I know I can do it!

I only made it Once...boo hoo. But there are good reasons. The instructor got a flat one day, the other days two days they moved the class to 7:30. The last day I was all dressed and ready to go and I got a long work call. I could not get away. I will continue with this for this week. The good news though, I made it to the gym 6 days last week.

I did awesome with the challenge this week! Other then Thursday and Friday I got in at least 10 minutes every day. Saturday was the only other day under a half hour and that was because my muscles were so sore I could barley walk so I do not feel bad at all with my efforts.

How did everyone else do?

What is your goal for next week?

My goal for next week is to spend 30 minutes per day doing small tasks around my apartment. Weather it be dishes, cleaning, reorganizing, or whatever else needs to be done. I am off all week so should have ample time to get some things done!

My goal is to exercise at least 4 times this week. I HAVE to get back into the habit.

Success is just around the corner for the person who refuses to quit.

Great Idea Sharleen. My goal is to make it to 3 gym classes this week. I am good about making it in the evening to get my cardio and strength, but the classes are hard to get to each morning.

My challenge for the week is going to be a continuation of last week. Since I am working crazy weird shifts right now My goal is to make it to the gym every day for at least a 10 minute workout preferably before work so that I don't get too tired to go.

Lets post a goal at the beginning of the week and give updates at the end of the week as to how we did. This is basically to encourage yourself to set small goals to make minor changes for the better. And have the encouragement that is needed to keep up with them!
