I got back on the wagon of doing an exercise workout after being off my game for two days (and then both weekend days last week....hmmm...)
I only did 30 minutes on my WiiFit, half of which was minor yoga and strength exercises, but I'm happy I made the conscious decision to actually Get Up and do it instead of sitting in my office chair and playing around on the computer for yet another hour.

My little step for today: there was a luncheon after church and I opted for an extra hot dog (protein) instead of snatching an ice cream sandwich.
