anyone that works nights have reversed meals... i eat my dinner around 8am when i get home from work.. on my two nights off we have lunch around 11am... then around midnight i will fix a decent breakfast... mostly cheese omelet... sausage and whatever bread/carb he wants.. breakfast is for anytime...

I find with a LC eating plan, my downfall is breakfast. I am just in too big a fog in the morning to actually cook plus I am just not a big protein lover. I MUCH prefer pouring cereal in a bowl and topping with berries. Is there such a thing, or should i be drinking a protein shake or something?I REALLY need this plan to work long term for me.
