Here's a good page. http://paleogrubs.com/cereal-recipes

Paleo isn't always low carb so you have to cut out sugars and fruits but it could help. I've thought of adding coconut flakes, sunflower seeds and one or more types of nuts such as chopped walnuts and almonds to a bowl and adding Stevia sweetened almond or coconut milk maybe heat it for a warm breakfast.

yep! cottage cheese and berries!
I like nuts too -- they're "eat-on-the-run."

I make an omelet or scrambled eggs with cheese, mushrooms, onions and spinach the night before so can just microwave in the morning. Greek yogurt or cottage cheese in a pinch.

That's the 'cereal' I make, except I substitute Sweet Drops for the sweetener, and I add a bit more.

It's a keto cereal (I eat keto), but it's not bad for Atkins either.

I read while researching Atkins that on the Induction phase you won't lose as fast if you add Atkins snack bars or the protein drinks. Just an FYI if you are on Induction.

There's also a paleo "coconut" granola, that is made with coconut and seeds. I'd look that up. or look under grain free granola, can't remember. but do check, it may not be low carb. it might be held together with honey.

I like protein shakes or leftovers (pork chops aren't just for dinner anymore)

I find with a LC eating plan, my downfall is breakfast. I am just in too big a fog in the morning to actually cook plus I am just not a big protein lover. I MUCH prefer pouring cereal in a bowl and topping with berries.
Is there such a thing, or should i be drinking a protein shake or something?I REALLY need this plan to work long term for me.
