I restarted my program in early January and even with going on vacation for 10 days, I still lost 11.5 pounds for the month. Did a lot of walking on vacation. Wish I could lose this much every month.

Congrats to all the "losers" here and those who met the 5 lb. weight loss goal. I didn't measure up as a "loser" with 5 lbs. gone, but did lose 2 lbs. which is two more than I had lost before 1/1/11! So, I'm pleased with that since mid-month I experienced some down time with a respiratory thingy and a messed up knee. All considered I'm happy. Anything other than 0 is OK by me!

OK, it's Sunday morning here in Oz so here's my weigh in... Starting weight Jan 2- 105.0 kilos (sorry, don't do pounds!) Jan 9 - 103.8 Jan 16- 102.9 Jan 23- 102.4 Jan 30 Final Weight 101.7 !!!!!!
So over January I lost a total of 3.3 kilos which is just over 7 pounds! I am SUPER EXCITED!!! Please let's do another challenge like this for February!!

My total weight loss for January was 5.6 lbs. I counted the other 3 lbs in for Dec even though I showed loss on 1/4/11. I started WW on 12/20/10. My total weight loss so far has been 8.6. My next weigh-in at WW is 2/1/11

Sorry I'm late checking in! I didn't eat very well but I did exercise portion control so it could have been worse.
