This is from that Ani's Raw food book, but I kinda love it!
I make this as a one serving version....this is how I make it:
hand full of brazil nuts (about 6)
1 cup cold water
(blend in Vita Mix blender til resembles 'milk')
Throw in a good amount of frozen peach slices...think about how many servings of fruit you want; half a whole vanilla bean; about 1 tablespoon of raw agave nectar.
Its yummy tasting, and I love it after a work out...protein from the nut, fruit serving, and a tad of sweet :)
