I didn't believe it when I was told its just like Spaghetti, I actually think it is BETTER!!!! You can eat so much of it too and its just veggies!
Take a spaghettig squash and poke it all over with a fork (all over, not just the top like bf did last night, took forever!)
Bake it at 375 for an hour
Scoop out the insides with a spoon
Take a fork and scrape out the squash its all stringy just like spaghetti
Mix with your favorite sauce (we make tomato meat with ground turkey) put in a casserole dish and bake for half an hour.
It makes a GIANT portion. I haven't froze any yet but Im sure it would be fine.
I can't wait to try it with chicken and alfredo sauce! mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
