I am currently really into making overnight steel cut oats in the slow cooker.
I cup of steel cut oats and 4 cups of water in the slow cooker on low overnight.
Tonight I added some pumpkin, usually I add raisins, cinnamon, and sliced apple.
In the morning its ready and waiting for me. I serve it with a little almond milk drizzled on and a scoop of harmonized protein.
Very filling and deeeelicious!
