The challenge will be in two parts. Part one is to take your measurements and record them in your "Weigh-in & Other Measurements" tracker. Consider measuring your waist, hips, neck, thigh, calf, and upper arm.
Part two is to send a reminder to at least three people, reminding them that the scale isn't the only way to see progress.... taking body measurements and seeing the inches lost can also be very motivating! These reminders can be sent to friends, teammates, or even strangers...
