Hi everyone. There is so much on this site and it is all so inspiring. I keep finding new things and then forgetting where I saw what but I know I will stumble upon them again if I keep going. One step at a time. Yesterday, I ate within my limits and got in some exercise. Today is planned for success. Loving the excitment of a new adventure!
