well I pretty much eat the same thing everyday about 2pm I eat 100% whole wheat bread with egg and turkey ham sometimes a little mayo..shhhhhh..lol

EVERYDAY IS A GOOD DAY WITHOUT A MIGRAIN

Breakfast is the most IMPORTANT meal of the day! In this forum, tell us what you eat for breakfast, if you eat breakfast. Maybe some of us can get other ideas for breakfast.

I am so bad! I usually don't eat breakfast, I'm sooooooo not a morning eater. I do however drink coffee. I will sometimes make me an egg and a few pieces of turkey bacon, or have a blueberry muffin, or something small. I'm trying to get ideas that may help me start to eat breakfast. I think this is one of the reasons I'm not losing much weight...?
