This challenge will run until July 4th!!
You may start this at any time - but you need to register a starting weight when you start and then remember to weigh as close to 4th July as possible and record a finishing weight,
If you wish to record running weights – that’s up to you!!
The challenge is to lose at least 6 lb during the time of the challenge!!
