Over 60 with 100-200 Pounds to Lose Team
I did fairly well with weightloss during March, a total of 4 pounds. But my waist measurement didn't change at all, and my hip measurement changed very little. So I'll take this on board and go for 'inches lost.' I'm shooting for TWO overall, in any combination between waist and hips. Crunches, anyone? lol...
