Today the weather is going to be sunny.It has been overcast and raining for days.I have not been able to walk out side,so today I am going for a walk in the sunshine.

I am in; printed off my calendar and am going to follow it....*grin*
1. one thing that I am doing is wearing my pedometer every day.
2. definitely popping in a dvd to exercise to.....some really great ones ....:) like Anne Burnell's dvds
