This month I will be setting 2 challenges – the first will be for the first 2 weeks in April and then I will change the Challenge for a new one to take you through to the end of the month!!
The April “Spice up your exercise Routine” Challenge will go the whole month as will the Weigh and Measure challenge!!

See if you can post 7 acts of kindness for the week. Check out a blog or Sparkpage and leave an encouraging message or goodie. Try to find people you don’t know – see if you end up with new friends, but even if you don’t you will feel good about yourself!!
