Spring starts officially on 20th March – so this month is the Springtime month – for those of you living in Northern Hemisphere anyway!!!!
So this month’s challenge has a Spring feel to it!!
Choose at least 4 of these mini challenges to do during the month.
1 - . Regularly HUDDLE on the Stronger Senior’s team at least 4-5 times a week during the challenge.
2. Give Springy type SparkGodies (flowers for example), to at least one member, at least two days a week., every week in March.
3. Decorate their pages for SPRING, - and let me know when you have done it – I’ll visit and leave a message!!
4 – Eat at least 3 different vegetables and 2 fruits on at least 5 days a week, every week in March and let us know what veges and fruit you ate!!
5 – Select and try a new healthy recipe at least 1 day a week, every week in March and report back on it!! If you enjoy the recipe – enter the heading and a link in the Recipe Thread!!
6 – Track all your foods for at least 6 days a week, every week in March – and stay within the calorie limits!!
