My suggestions for 28 Feb: Cut the salt, by taking the salt-shaker off the table and not adding any when you cook; and if you haven't had a checkup in a while, schedule one with your GP - be sure to discuss heart-health factors such as weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and diet.
