Technically I'm posting this a day early, but my memory ('the sieve') being what it is, I'd better do it while I remember--!

My suggestions for 28 Feb: Cut the salt, by taking the salt-shaker off the table and not adding any when you cook; and if you haven't had a checkup in a while, schedule one with your GP - be sure to discuss heart-health factors such as weight, blood pressure, cholesterol, and diet.

21 Feb: Substitute brown rice for white and wholewheat pasta for white; if you don't already do cardio exercise, start some form for at least two sessions per week.

14 Feb: Eat heart-healthy fish - salmon, mackerel, fresh tuna - at least twice per week; if you don't already strength-train, start some form for at least two sessions per week.

I had this down for today (8th) instead of yesterday - I guess because the 1st also fell on a Tuesday. I'll try to get caught up by next week, lol!

7 Feb: One tablespoon flaxseed per day; walk at least 5000 steps per day.
