A new year and a new challenge---


1. Track your food at least 4 times each week!


2. Eat at least 3 portions of Veggies AND 2 portions of Fruit on at least 5 days each week.

A new year and a new challenge. Pick any TWO (2) of the following challenges and let us know what you pick. Check in throughout the month to let us know how you're doing. Have a healthy month
