still at 214 ..no way am I going to lose down to 204 but at least I did lose 4 lbs this month

Goal: to lose 14 lbs this month--to be down to 204...within shouting distance of Onderland..... emoticon

1/22: boy was I dreaming big dreams.....*sigh* even with not eating, no appetite with the flu, I've only lost four lbs....not that I am complaining since that puts me at 214 which meets one of my goals--26 lbs since joining SP......and a total of 55 lbs lost in all since I started losing...just a tough way to lose those last four lbs of weight, and wonder if I breathe, will it come back on ....

Its the start of a new year, and a new month -
The Festivities are over so lets get into this weight or inches loss and lose the weight and inches that mysteriously managed to creep on to our bodies.

For this challenge you can set your own target either pounds to lose OR inches to lose during January

You must enter a target weight or inches to lose at the start of your challenge and then return to enter the amount lost by 31st January
