Well thank you both for your answers. I think that, for now at any rate, I will stop the challenges in this team.
The 2 of you already belong to The Chair Exercise Team and have access to challenges there. If you want to suggest an alternative thing that would help you in getting to your goal - please feel free to do so!!
The challenge for this week is three (3) questions. I would like you to answer both questions please.
1 – Since very few people do the challenges – I would be interested to know why you don’t do them?? If you do attempt the challenges – please tell me what you like about having challenges. 2 – Do you wish me to continue with the challenges – and if not – what else would help you, or what else would you like to see ? 3 – If you want the challenges to continue – please give me some ideas of challenges you would like to see and do. You don’t have to write them out fully – I’m just asking for ideas!!
