The challenge this week is to write a blog giving at least three excuses you give yourself for either not keeping to your calorie allowance, or not doing exercise when you should or as much as you should, or even for not getting into the whole diet and exercise thing!!. Then I want you to write down the steps you are going to take to rectify these excuses so that you either stay in calorie range or complete your full exercise program.
