Well - Halloween is just about over - so ..... We're back to the basics this week. Pick one or more of these mini challenges to work on this week.
1. Track you food at least four days this week. After having tracked for the week, let us know how you did. Did you stay in your food range? Did you learn something about your eating habits that you didn't know? Did you eat any new foods?
2. Drink at least 6-8 glasses of water daily.
3. Exercise at least five times this week for at least 10 min each time.. Let us know what you did for those exercises.
4. Write a blog entry on any topic. Keep it "positive" and encouraging. Let us know when you've finished blogging and what you chose for a topic.
