Food Challenge#2 - Try a new Recipe
It sounds a bit weird but it is Delicious, Quick & Easy, and Fills you up until Lunchtime.
Just combine 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1/2C milk, and 1/2 cup oatmeal. Scramble it like you scramble eggs. I put pumpkin pie spice and no-sugar gravenstein applesauce on mine. A complete breakfast with lots of protein and fiber. My daughter added salsa verde to hers and loved it too.
