I recently started tracking my food and it really helps me as before I didn't really quite know how much I was eating--I like having a calorie range to aim for. I've tried the Spark recipe Slow Cooker Salsa Chicken and I give it an A for tasty and easy. The other recipe I've tried (Spark) is the applesauce meatloaf - I'd give it a B and it also is very easy to make. I'm going to make the Spark Recipe Pineapple Teriayki Chicken tomorrow it's another slow cooker recipe and sounds yummy--I'll let you know if it is.

Just combine 1 egg, 2 egg whites, 1/2C milk, and 1/2 cup oatmeal. Scramble it like you scramble eggs. I put pumpkin pie spice and no-sugar gravenstein applesauce on mine. A complete breakfast with lots of protein and fiber. My daughter added salsa verde to hers and loved it too.

As I have heard from others, "If I bite it, I write it. Challenge 2 I usually do at least once every week. I sometimes use it as a resource & then use my own measurements. I will try to remember to report back on what recipe's I have been using. Both of these challenges are my leading resources.
