10 minute exercise challenge. This month I want you to commit to spending at least 10mins a day on exercise. See if you can get a streak that lasts through the month - at least 6 days a week.
Exercise can take many forms. It could be walking, marching on the spot (seated or standing), gardening, mowing the lawn (not using a ride-on!!) or active play with children or dogs. There are a great many other ways of movement that can be counted as exercise
Then come back and tell us how you went , how many days you were able to exercise and what exercise you did. You can do this daily, weekly or at the end of the month - as long as I know by 31st Oct.
